BA First Investigators is an award scheme for 5-8 year olds. Schools and families that join the First Investigators network receive a pack of easy to use activities which can be used in science and technology lessons, at home or in a science club.

As the children successfully complete the activities they can apply for awards to recognise their achievement. The awards are intended to help young people develop their sense of curiosity into an ability to question and investigate the world in a systematic way. The activities are also designed to be fun!
