Companies choose to support the BA for a variety of reasons and do so in a variety of ways. For some companies, contributing to the BA offers a tangible way to impact positively upon the communities in which they operate and to inspire the next generation towards a career in science or technology. For other companies, the BA's events and programmes provide exposure to audiences with whom they seek to communicate. However, all companies working with the BA do so because they believe in the importance of connecting science with people.

How can your company support the BA?
There are several ways in which companies can contribute to the BA:
- Corporate Membership is an excellent way to involve your organisation in the BA and keep in touch with the latest scientific issues.
- Sponsorship opportunities exist throughout the year. See our sponsorship section for further details and current opportunities.
- Donate to the BA to support all areas of our work connecting people with science. Currently we are seeking donations for the Festival of Science 'Opening Doors Fund' which aims to offer assistance to people who might find difficulty in attending the Festival, either through financial hardship, physical barriers or other manifestations of social exclusion.
